ZaZa Hotels is a group of small luxury hotels in Texas known for their comfortable atmosphere, unique design, and personalized service. They have 4 hotels in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, each offering a special mix of comfort, style, and elegance to give guests an exceptional experience.
Challenge
ZaZa Hotels wanted to update their website to better reflect the luxury of their hotels and improve the user experience. They also wanted to boost their online presence through targeted advertising and appearing on Google searches.
Work
Working with ZaZa Hotels' creative team, we made sure the website was easy to navigate, especially since it includes information about hotels, the ZaSpa, event spaces, and restaurants.
After the new website launched, it received eight awards from two different competitions, not just in the hotel industry but also in other categories, recognizing its broad appeal and excellent design and user experience.
Our advertising strategy helped ZaZa Hotels increase their direct bookings and revenue while also collecting valuable guest data that online travel agencies don't provide.
We also worked on improving ZaZa Hotels' visibility in local searches and started advertising on metasearch websites to better compete with OTAs.
