The latest NYC innovation is the “Party in Place” cocktail kit, launched by Manhattan catering company Cocktails in Motion and East Village bar the Wayland, who partnered with Brooklyn-based Tanteo Tequila.
The collaboration started in order to help their businesses stay afloat and support their out-of-work bartenders by putting them back to work.
In addition, 10% of the proceeds for each sale will go to the Lee Initiative, according to Cocktails in Motion. The Lee Initiative is a restaurant relief program that provides free meals and essential household supplies to furloughed hospitality workers across the country.
The “Party in Place” cocktail kits include premium spirits, freshly made cocktail mixers, and garnishes. Each kit serves up to 15 delicious cocktails and can be enjoyed in the comfort of your home.
These tasty packages can be delivered anywhere in Manhattan below 96th street and Brooklyn north of NY-27.
While many Americans continue to shelter-in-place, these cocktail kits are the perfect way to spend a virtual happy hour and bring a little excitement to your evening!
